Just so everyone knows - we are having Thankgiving at our house. All family and friends who want to come are invited.
I just spoke with the Bishop today and I got the official OK to allow the baby blessing to be the Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend! So all of those who are here that weekend are also invited to attend the baby blessing.
Just let us know if you will be here for it around Nov. 1st so I can prepare enough food!

It was his great grandpa's last name, his first name was Ivan, yes...Ivan Duncan! Now say with scottish accent " Ivan Duncan donuts all day."
True, it is not Homer Quim or Chester or Sern or one of the many gem names on our side of the family But - I didn't suggest any of those names!

No Roi-Shawn was never an option!
It was the name I gave that guy I used to work with at KB whose name was Roi but it just didn't flow - so I renamed him Roi-shawn!
Only if my kid is born black I would consider it.
If it's a girl, you can name her Little Debbie or Dolly Madison....
If the Teddy Graham is chocolate, you have more to worry about than a name.....
